Righto Landlord keeps a compliance calendar for each property you let, with reminder emails before every certificate, deposit, Right to Rent and register date, for landlords with 1 to 4 properties in England. We never sign in to HMRC for you or ask for your HMRC login.

How the work is done

Righto Landlord uses automated software, including AI, to prepare your records. The company's director is accountable for the service, and you check and confirm every figure before anything is sent to HMRC.
