- A compliance calendar for each property: gas safety, EICR, EPC and its minimum rating, your PRS Database entry, deposit and prescribed information, Right to Rent, smoke and CO alarms, and the written information or Information Sheet
- Reminder emails before each date, and a private calendar feed for Apple, Google or Outlook calendar
- Up to 4 properties in England
Landlord Compliance has its own additional terms. Each date in the calendar comes from the published rule and the dates you give us. It’s a record of what you’ve told us, not an inspection of your property.

Can I cancel?
Yes. Every plan is a fixed monthly price and you can cancel online. The terms explain your 14-day right to cancel and how refunds work.
What does Landlord Compliance do?
A compliance calendar for each property, with reminder emails before every certificate, deposit, Right to Rent and register date, to help you run your lets under the new rules. It costs £6 a month. Each date comes from the published rule and the dates you give us. It’s a record of what you’ve told us, not an inspection of your property.
