Righto Landlord

How it works

You let the property. We keep the dates. Tell us about each property once, and we remind you before every certificate, deposit, Right to Rent and register date.

Landlord Compliance

A calendar for every property, in three steps

  1. Add each property

Tell us about each property you let in England, its certificates and its tenancies. Up to 4 properties.

  2. We work out every date

Gas safety, EICR, EPC and its minimum rating, your PRS Database entry, deposit and prescribed information, Right to Rent, smoke and CO alarms, and the written information or Information Sheet. Each date comes from the published rule and the dates you give us.

  3. You get a reminder before each one

Reminder emails before each date, and a private calendar feed for Apple, Google or Outlook calendar.

It’s a record of what you’ve told us, not an inspection of your property. We don’t inspect properties, serve notices or act in court.
